Manufacturing Process

1) Clean System

As the entrance into the factory, this is a tunnel that can only be entered upon passage by workers and visitors for cleanliness and hygiene.
It is equipped with a state-of-the-art system that can blow away dirt and impurities in clothing instantly.

2) Cleansing Machine

To prevent the soil on the fresh ginseng from damaging the ginseng we disinfect the ginseng using a cleansing machine.
It features an automated system built for mass production.

3) Steam Room

This is the place where we steam the ginseng in order to turn the freshly washed ginseng into red ginseng.
We steam the ginseng at a high temperature of 90 degrees or higher for an appropriate length of time.

4) Extraction and Concentration Room

This is where extraction and concentration work is carried out with the manufactured white ginseng and red ginseng, and is also where the most important work of the Cheongjeon Insam manufacturing plant takes place.
In order to preserve ginsenosides beneficial to the human body during the extraction and concentration process, we extract and concentrate at low temperatures

5) Stick Formulator

This is the production process for stick formulation through the fusion of red ginseng concentrate and various raw ingredients.
In order to create products that can be enjoyed easily at anytime, anwhere they are produced through a hygienic process.

6) Liquid Filler

This is the place where red ginseng drinks are made from extracting red ginseng and various ingredients.
To produce a strong red ginseng drink that anyone can easily enjoy hygienically,
it is produced through low-temperature extraction and pasteurization.

7) Sugaring Room

This is where CheongjeongInsam’s confectionery and rice cakes are made.
In order to create a sweet product that anyone can enjoy easily, We boil the ginseng at medium temperature and sugar them for a long period with sincerity.
Rather than relying on modern technology, we offer a deeper taste that can be felt from the hard work and efforts of a seasoned craftsmen.
